Unrecognisable: The black theme is continued in the painted stairs and hallway, full with monochrome chic paintings and quirky tiles giving new life to an old space (pictured left before and right after)
The formerly neglected back garden now boasts two sleek outdoor seating areas with a paved pathway leading to a grass area, tranformed by Reece and costing around £8,000. Similarly the back of the house is painted black with the delapidated outhouse replaced with huge French doors and a glorious kitchen. Meanwhile the facade of the house is almost unrecognisable, transformed with white paint, shutters, a black door and a new wall and doorsteps. The black theme is continued in the painted stairs and hallway, full with monochrome chic paintings and quirky tiles. The spare room boasts a dark theme complete with black wallpaper and statement wall art. The bedroom, dubbed the 'cloud room', features sky-inspired wallpaper and a quieter nude theme - with the most 'expensive piece' a £4,000 Heal's bed he found on eBay for £350. In line with Reece's maximalist taste, he clashed textures with a sheepskin rug, gold framed mirror, statues and a refurbished mantlepiece. They then swapped the old laminate flooring and drab curtains and furniture in the sitting room for Ted Todd flooring which they snapped up in the sale at £900 instead of £4,000 and added a plush rug, statement light and a rich teal velvet sofa, curtains and wallpaper.
